Lovely home, wonderful experience. The staff is amazing! The guides are knowledgable. The spa was fantastic. The Decorative arts and new archaeology museum are really wonderful. We will be back.

When you stay at the Colonial Houses, you are paying a premium for location not amenities. I believe staying on site is the best way to experience Colonial Williamsburg, and I highly recommend that CW enjoyers do so at least once during a visit to the area. Stayed in the Ewing Shop. Very conveniently located and the room was great. On street directly behind historic area which makes for an easy walk.

Staying at the Colonial House was an amazing experience, where you are just steps away from the action of Colonial Williamsburg. We parked our car and didn't move it until the day we checked out. This is our second time in three years staying in the colonial houses at the Williamsburg Inn. For our family, the houses offer the perfect mix of space, historic charm with modern amenities, and hotel accommodations. The location, being right in historic Williamsburg, is perfect.
